Matcha Chia Pudding from Green Tea House

Serves Two


● 1⁄2 cup whole chia seeds

● 200 ml coconut milk from the can

● 1 tsp Organic matcha powder

● 1 tbsp maple syrup

● Fresh berries to serve

Method –

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, use a small wire whisk to mix everything well.

2. Divide between two small bowls and refrigerate for about an hour or until set. Top
with fresh berries and serve. Enjoy!
